Over the last few decades, technology is increasingly becoming an important aspect of delivering education in formal and informal contexts. While it is true in broader sense, the technology integration has not been widespread and penetrating in developing countries. Moreover the use of traditional technology media such as audio systems and computers have been there for some time, the new media technology integration has been minuscule. The other dimension of technology use in education is the technology acceptance behaviour of users i.e. students and teachers. While it is easier to enumerate the benefits of technology use, it is more difficult to answer as to why users use or reject any technology. This paper utilises Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to understand the students' acceptance of a Learning Management System in an engineering and Science institute of higher education.en_US
