Abstract: The book is an excellent text for planning and conducting qualitative research as qualitative research is more perplexing than quantitative approach. It is very useful for beginners as well as professionals since it provides a comprehensive understanding to cultivate ideas for propitious qualitative research. The author, Uwe Flick is a Professor of Qualitative Research in Social Science and Education at the Free University of Berlin, Germany. Being a trained psychologist and sociologist, he has astutely correlated the case studies in psychology with research being carried out qualitatively, thus giving the readers a clearer picture of the topic.
