Method – Literature review is done by systematically collecting the existing literature over the period of 1990- 2019. The literature is categorized according to the Journal Name and Ranking, Database, and Geographical Distribution (country wise). Literature is also categorized on the basis of type of study (empirical/conceptual), variables used, scales used, sample studies and sub area of study (Leadership/Motivation etc).
