Most critical issue with the industry, particularly with SMEs before implementing GM is what benefits will be achieved with its implementation. This paper identifies the quantitative and qualitative benefits of GM through a literature survey. A survey of 198 Indian SMEs in India, using a questionnaire specially developed for this study, has been done to validate the benefits by using SPSS statistical tool.
