Abstract: An investigation is made to study the mixed convection of fluid through a microchannel which is filled with porous medium and influenced by uniform magnetic field. The impact of linear and exponential heat source on the microchannel is taken into consideration. First order chemical reaction is influencing the flow. The governing equations are tackled using Lobatto III formula which is a code written using the numerical method named as Finite difference method. The obtained results are analyzed using the graphs and tables. The study highlights that temperature- velocity profiles shows the enhanced nature with increment in mixed convection, which is influenced by the buoyancy force.
