The Copper Zinc Tin Sulfied (CZTS) absorber-layer is clean and an environmentally friendly material, therefore, this material is used in performance analysis of solar cell. In this paper performance enhancement of solar cell is discussed in depth, where, CZTS is used as an absorber-layer and cadmium sulfide (CdS) as a buffer-layer. It is found that the efficiency significantly improved by using the CZTS/CdS with the thickness of 2000nm/100nm using the SCAPS simulation tool, which is 1-dimenssional tool. Besides this, variation impact of both the layers are analyzed and observed the optimized efficiency at the CZTS/CdS width of 2000nm/100nm. Apart from this comparison of two materials including CZTS and copper zinc tin sulfide selenium (CZTSSe) also discussed. This analysis helps in selection of the optimal values for various layers of solar cells.en_US
