dc.description.abstract | The present day software approaches for fingerprint identification systems, are very slow and computationally complex, and hence the user has to wait for a long time before being granted access. The hardware version of the same system is much faster and reliable. We proceed by exploring a new tool in MATLAB in order to describe this system.
