Abstract: In this letter, we investigate the problem of intelligent network selection in hybrid classical-quantum communication systems. We propose a novel link selection mechanism based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) that effectively adapts classical network selection algorithms to handle hybrid communication scenarios involving classical and quantum communication systems. We analyze the performance of the proposed system using a generalization of a classical network selection algorithm based on FAHP and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Finally, we perform a power consumption analysis to validate the performance of the proposed system in the context of energy awareness
