dc.description.abstract Supply chain management (SCM) is an area that has recently received a great deal of attention. In today's markets, no business can be successful without mastering the issues, problems and possibilities in managing competitive supply chains. In competitive supply chain network, facilities location includes location of manufacturing plant, which is considered as supply chain design decisions and involved in major capital investments and has a long-term effect on the supply chain performance. Therefore, the successful execution of this decision would give cutting edge to the organization. Selection of a facilities location is a complex task as it involves both qualitative and quantitative factors. The present work describes a framework for selection of facilities location in competitive supply chain. en_US
