dc.description.abstract Today companies are facing important challenges such as the need to reduce the time-to-market, the development cost and manufacturing cost, or the management of products with more and more technology. As a result, this current situation is encouraging the implementation of world class manufacturing and new management techniques such as knowledge management (KM) to increase competitive advantage.
