Abstract:
The investigation in this article demonstrates the influence of thermal radiation on the flow of the nano fluid and heat transfer over a porous stretching / shrinking surface influenced by an inclined magnetic field. The governing equations obtained are coupled non-linear PDEs, which are converted to coupled ODEs with help of similarity equations. After reducing the velocity and temperature profiles to a system of first order differential equations, they are numerically explained. The Lewis number (Ln), porosity parameter (k), Prandtl number (Pr), Brownian parameter (Nb), suction/injection parameter (S), inclined angle (τ), radiation parameter (NR), stretching/shrinking parameter (λ), Chandrashekar number (Q), slip parameter (Λ) are the physical parameters of interest which are accountable for the solution and are depicted graphically using MATLAB. As with many technical and industrial applications, like devices nuclear reactors, cooling of electronic and also in biomedical applications the problem in the current study exists and seems to be significant.
