dc.description.abstract |
A simple and efficient one-pot method has been described for the direct synthesis of ⍺-azidoketones from various ketones possessing ⍺-hydrogen by reaction with phenyltrimethylammonium tribromide (PTT) and subsequent treatment with NaN3 in ionic liquid. The procedure gives high yield and the ionic liquid can be reused. |
