dc.description.abstract This paper presents the fabrication and characterization of spin coated multilayer graphene oxide/p-silicon heterojunction solar cell. Liquid graphene oxide is synthesized from graphite sheets using electrochemical process. XRD confirms the presence of graphene oxide. Surface morphology of spin coated on graphene oxide on silicon wafer was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The current–voltage characterization has been studied to investigate photovoltaic performance of fabricated solar cell. Further two diode model was also designed for this solar cell. en_US
