Item Comparative analysis of environment losses in steel manufacturing supply chain using Taguchi loss function and design of experiments(Emerald, 2020-04) Routroy, SrikantaThe objective of this paper is to compare and evaluate the environmental performance of steel supply chains considering relevant environmental loss factors using Taguchi loss function (TLF) and design of experiments (DOE).Item Measuring the impact of critical factors on government supported healthcare supply chain: an approach towards efficient governance(Emerald, 2023-02) Routroy, SrikantaA literature review revealed that government of various developing economies have put an effort on health-care supply chain through the executing critical factors (CFs) directly. Although they have attained some significant benefits in this tactic, but it was not up to satisfactory level. One of the reasons can be attributed to the fact that government/policy makers are not quantifying the impact of CFs on health-care supply chain. This paper aims to propose a methodology to quantify and estimate the impact of CFs on government-supported health-care supply chain (GHSC).Item Implementation performance of agile manufacturing: a graph theoretic approach(Inder Science, 2018-07) Routroy, Srikanta; Potdar, Pavan KumarThe primary objective of this paper is to quantify, evaluate and compare the implementation performance of agile manufacturing program using graph theoretic approach. Eleven agile manufacturing enablers with their key performance indicators were identified and classified into three significant categories. The proposed model captures the performance and interdependencies of significant categories, agile manufacturing enablers and their key performance indicators to quantify the agile manufacturing implementation performance level. In order to demonstrate the utility of the proposed approach, it was applied to an Indian automobile manufacturing company. The performances along the timeline were evaluated and compared with different scenarios to identify performance gap and set the future targets. Although it was observed a significant growth in agile manufacturing implementation performance level in the case company over six quarters, but there was performance gap that needs to be reduced.Item Measuring performance of government-supported drug warehouses using DEA to improve quality of drug distribution(Emerald, 2020-08) Routroy, SrikantaDrug warehouses (DWs) play a crucial role in drug distribution of government-supported healthcare supply chain as it controls both the cost and responsiveness of the logistics activities. The current study proposes a methodology using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to estimate the performance along different dimensions and was applied to 30 government-supported DWs.Item Performance analysis of agile manufacturing: a case study on an Indian auto component manufacturer(Emerald, 2017) Routroy, Srikanta; Potdar, Pavan KumarThe purpose of this paper is to develop a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) for agile manufacturing (AM) and to propose a methodology for its performance evaluation.Item Measuring the environmental sustainability of supply chain for Indian steel industry(Emerald, 2017) Routroy, SrikantaThe purpose of this paper is to quantify, evaluate and compare the environmental sustainability performance of supply chain for Indian steel industry using graph theoretic approach (GTA).Item Analyzing the performance of supplier development: a case study(Emerald, 2014-01) Routroy, SrikantaThe first objective of this paper is to identify the critical success factors (CSFs) and their corresponding key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier development (SD) in a manufacturing environment. The second objective is to develop a methodology to analyze and evaluate the performance for SD using CSFs and their KPIs over the time.Item Agile manufacturing: a systematic review of literature and implications for future research(Emerald, 2017-10) Routroy, Srikanta; Potdar, Pavan KumarAgile manufacturing (AM) has evolved as a revolutionary way of manufacturing the products while managing the uncertainties, product introduction time, responsiveness, innovation, superior quality, etc. along the supply chain to satisfy the ever increasing customer demand and to maximize the profit. The purpose of this paper is to critically analyze the literature related to various dimensions of AM and to report the findings.Item Analysis of manufacturing supply chain agility performance using Taguchi loss functions and design of experiment(Emerald, 2018-11) Rout, Bijay Kumar; Sharma, Satyendra Kumar; Routroy, SrikantaThe purpose of this paper is to evaluate the agility performance level of manufacturing supply chains using Taguchi loss functions (TLFs) and design of experiment (DoE).
