The purpose of this paper is to present a step-by-step guide to facilitate understanding of emerging trends in the discipline of Organizational Behavior using the technique of Systematic Literature Review. Method – Literature review is done by systematically collecting the existing literature over the period of 1990- 2019. The literature is categorized according to the Journal Name and Ranking, Database, and Geographical Distribution (country wise). Literature is also categorized on the basis of type of study (empirical/conceptual), variables used, scales used, sample studies and sub area of study (Leadership/Motivation etc). This classification can serve as a base for researchers who wish to conduct meta-analysis on emerging trends in Organizational Behavior.en_US
