Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual framework, proposing the association among empowering leadership, employee work passion, and flourishing-at-work.
Design/methodology/approach—Based on the extensive literature review and employing conservation of resource theory (COR) and self-determination theory (SDT), this study proposes a conceptual framework connecting empowering leadership, employee work passion, and flourishing-at-work.
